That's a beautiful little space you have. It's small, but balanced. The kitchen is awesome. I love the yellow front door. Your furniture only complements the space and details.

It reminds me of growing up in Denmark during the 80s. I think 70s stuff, when treated right, can look just as vibrant and up-to-date as other vintage.

What do you use to play this "colored noise" then? Your smartphone or other mobile device?

I was interested in how exactly the Ikea shelving is custom... is it in how you've attached 3 different types of shelves together into one connected set?
I understand the feelings re: a lack of floor plan and pics of how the space flows, but I can still see it's a very nice space. And I do like that they have lots of stuff, but they've been tidy and neat about their collection and it doesn't overwhelm the space. I like the use of the Ikea shelving.

Guess, I'm in the minority of commenters here. *Love* this sofa. I don't know the price point though, and perhaps, RichardinLA is correct that the sofa legs look too cheap.
I've always loved this sofa style though and it can be awfully difficult to find.
