I like it. I've seen a lot of site renovations in my time, and my eyes agree with this one.

I could not, would not, in a house.
I would not, could not, with a mouse.
I would not eat them with a fox.
I would not eat them in a box.
I would not eat them here or there.
I would not eat them anywhere.

So no. No raisins ever. Just, NO! Why would anyone eat them? Disgusting, foul, weird, awful....No. I eat just about anything, but I won't touch raisins.

Surprisingly, I quite enjoy dried cranberries (aka craisins).

I'm a native Texan (which I don't believe has any Trader Joes within its borders), but I have been to TJ a few times whenever I spend my summers in California (about once every two years). I don't get it. What's the big deal? Anything you REALLY couldn't make yourself?

To me, it looks like a tiny Whole Foods/H.E.B. Central Market.

Uh...what in the world are you doing to your generic toasters that are causing them to break?

We must have had our toaster for 15 years, and I am assured it is a no-name brand, probably made in China, and it has been great to my family for all this time.

I say you can't possibly justify the $300 with that line of reasoning. Nor have I met many people who have ever had to buy two toasters. (No, seriously, are you people toast-monster-outliers or something? :P) However, if you do like the style and look of a Dualit, and can part with your cash, go for it.
