My husband and I planted a bunch of smaller crab apple trees when we moved into our first house, not only did someone take the trees in the middle of the night they also stole his grandfathers shovel!! When ever I make kabobs I always grill strawberries and pineapple, mangos etc. Plus a huge variety of veggie kabobs that have been marinated for atleast a few hours. Hot pan, HOT PAN. Stainless steel has to be preheated with alittle oil or butter or spray, whatever you use. Then nothing will stick. I switched to stainless steel and cast iron 3 yrs ago due to worries about toxins in non stick cookware and love them. I also have copper bottum stainless steel which helps evenly heat the pan. All they did was move right? They didn't BUY, graduate or do anything amazing other than pack some boxes. I love jars. I never buy spagetti sauce so most of mine come from juice, salsa...pickles, etc. I use them for everything from dried bulk food storage to buttons and ribbon, seedling starters, candle holders, drinking glasses and just about anything I can think of. I ditched my microwave a few years ago. I thought it would be a nightmare given that I had 3 kids ages 3 and under but I feel much better about what I give them when its not "nuked" . I don't miss it at all. #comments#comments |
