i made these and they were awesome. but i wonder if you could chill & roll out the dough to use with cookie cutters. these are so lovely and delicious, but i don't like how they look like little pieces of mini-toast. hmmmmm.

i made these today -- they are so easy and non-fussy. i went for the double dose of ground ginger as well as the candied ginger and they are freakin awesome. and now my apartment smells divine. nice.

i do this! its definitely works -- better than putting something heavy on top of it for a few hours, in my opinion. it also gets kind of spongy-like so absorbs seasoning/marinades well.

YUM! I just made this a few days ago, using Martha Stewart's Pate Brisee pie dough recipe. I didn't have cardamom, so instead split open a chai tea bag and sprinkled some of that in. This is definitely one of my new favorite fall recipes!!! Now I will go eat some for breakfast.
