I didn't believe the Zero Res hype either but I heard the carpet cleaning ads all the time when I lived in L.A. I recently moved to Minneapolis and wanted my carpets cleaned before I settled in, so I called ZeroRes. Everything turned out great! My carpets feel new and the cleaners (at least in Minneapolis) were very friendly. I pushed them a bit about the "non-toxic" magic water they use, and they did say that the FDA has tested the stuff and gave it a GRAS rating.

I am not a chemist, but their cleaning was great! When I closed on my new Minneapolis house I was told the carpets had just been shampooed but they looked terrible. I thought I would have to replace.
