Great to see a London home being a fellow Londoner and marketer myself. Your right about UK boilers.

Love the gorgeous cats and puppy. You've got a great sense of style this is one of the best house tours I've seen in a long time! Personally I like the lion's head off centred and the Hermes boxes.

Can I ask where you got your sliding door made or where you purchased it from as I'm thinking of doing something similar myself?

It doesn't matter if you have a solid door as a burglar will just try their luck as this is really common for people to leave their keys on the inside of the door. A common tactic for thieves is to take keys off hall tables or from convenient key racks near the door, simply by 'fishing' for them with a pole through the letterbox.

The police advise against putting a hook on the inside of your door with your keys on as it's a security risk. Criminals are known to use long wires with a hooked end to reach the keys, pull them through your letter box and then open the door and burgle your house.

My heart goes out to the people of Nashville. In UK we have been experiencing floods in the last couple of years, also in areas where flooding in unheard of.

What a great Apartment and what a wonderful location, I'm so jealous! I live in London and spend Christmas and New Year in Chicago every year.

I've always wanted to see the inside of 'The Cobbs' as I know them, so you've definitely satisfied my curiosity. I'm always amused by the parking.

I love the photo above your bed, of the view from the balcony. Well done on restoring your flooring, it's paid off.

You could try attaching bamboo screening to your existing fence. Even if it was only temporary until you found something else, it would give you pretty much immediate privacy.

Quite a few garden centers sell screening or you could try Amazon.

I clean in the nude. Once I've finished cleaning the house I then have a shower.
