I've heard if you buy ladybugs, to release them around sunset - they lay eggs and reproduce at night. You'll have a better chance of them sticking around for good.

My husband LOVES his iced tea maker - it's not the one in the picture, but the one he has uses loose tea or bags, and it's great.

I have heard the rocks are both pretty and functional - they promote good water drainage - the less water that sits near the succulent, the less likely they are to rot. This usually happens with over-watering or soil that holds the moisture too much (which is why it's good to get a cactus mix). In my experience, once a succulent gets rot, they're pretty much done for.

Definitely make sure to re-seal them. There are different sealers for different tile, so make sure you get the right kind. It's not hard to do yourself, and makes a big difference when it comes to keeping tile clean.

Take a look at Natural Stone Outlet (I bought some backsplash tile there) - the prices are $6-$8 per linear foot and the shipping is free.

Also, the John Bridge tile forums were a huge help to me when I installed my own tile:

I'd search the forums - the pros who post there have stories about installing just about every kind of tile and stone, and are eager to help.
