I would do a gift basket with mugs and tea/coffee/cookies. You can go to Michaels and get baskets, filling and plastic wrap for the outside. I've done that type of thing with Starbucks mugs before. Beautifully-Packaged Mugs for Mom? Good Questions |

I recommend following some of those tiny house websites. They seem like they have about the same amount of space. Even looking at some of the pictures might help. You could loft the sleeping area like they normally do. Design Help For Downsizing Move? Good Questions |
