Hi @prolix! You are too kind, I am sure your space is gonna be awesome. Would love to see the finished product!

Of course, the redecorating itch has hit, and I'm starting a whole new look, hopefully even better.

Hey StudioGirl11...thank you, chicklet! I know my home is cluttered and odd for some, but I truly do love my space...and I so appreciate that you do too. As much as I love Copenhagen, I will definitely take you up on your offer-I think we would get on famously!

@formosagirl, @MoRich...come on over!
@bonphoto, the painting is a result of a bored me in the middle of a frigid January day!
@LCDes, The Tulip table is a Knoll base but some bizarre wood/laminate, but I'm not complaining-it was reeeaaalllyyy cheap. I am not all sure about the Ruhlmann table..I am assuming it is inspired by his work, but who knows. If it is real, I think I would probably pass out...!
@Lewis of Long Beach, I rarely close my blinds...to the chagrin of my neighbors ;p
@betweenbars, I hand mixed to match Farrow & Ball "Hague Blue", (which is $125 a gallon) the color is a really restful, beautiful color.

Everyone, thank you again. And yes, everyone needs a disco ball in their life!

I am just gobsmacked, AT!

This is Heather, and I can't thank you lovely readers enough for the lovely comments! The comments are so thoughtful, and kind. It is so nice to know my crazy assemblage of awesome junk appeals to someone other than my friends, who have to say they like it ;)

Thanks again!

So surprised to find questions after the competition is over!

@GGSAYS: The striped cabinet is actually a laminate built-in, great storage...but quite a bear to figure out how to stripe w/out actually painting it (I'm a renter!)
@VEREROO: The wall is a paint wash, I thought solid black would be too busy in the space, so it reads as texture instead oh heavy black stripes. The branch sort of bit in the corner is a 9 1/2 ft tall pencil cactus, unfortunately sun glare washed out its alien plant splendor. Thank you, I love those pillowcases too! Strange vintage Chinese embroidered birds, adds a bit of feminine frivolity...and only .99 for the pair!

Thanks Apartment Therapy, I will be back next year! Early!

Hi, wonderful Apartment Therapy readers! It's Heather again, I am completely over the moon with all the thoughtful comments. Thanks so much.

@ DC MANDY: YES, WAY! The Egg chair was purchased for $100 from Craigslist after being reduced a number of times...it was day-glo Dee-lite bright green. I've wanted one since I was a kid, so a hideous color was not going to stop me! It is heresy, but...I painted it w/textile paints. The Plycraft lounger/ottoman was $30. I'm a seriously frugal shopper.

@MOM2THEMONK- The livingroom wall paint is Benjamin Moore's Aura-Winters Gate in satin finish. Gorgeous color...appears a warm blush greige in the morning to an almost olive green at night.

@ MELANIEACH- I originally hoped for Farrow and Ball Hague Blue, but after the minor stroke I had after realizing that it was $120 gal, I hand tinted BM Tuscon Teal paint with red, black and ochre Mixol universal tints. If I ever had to match it again, I would be in trouble.

Thanks y'all!

Hi All! This is Heather, and my goodness...thank you so much for lovely comments!
@LYONSTILL- The skull is real. It was a gift but it was from an animal that died of natural causes, not someone's dinner. The bone did creep me out a bit, so I painted it.
@FYREBYRD2- The paneled art is actually a old floor screen, that I stripped and painted with a design I originally planned for a tattoo. Much, much better on a screen:)
@ ASDISPAULS- The egg chair I believe is a repro, it has no markings, unfortunately.
@ DUSTY3863- The blanket is vintage, from a company called Raymond Meghdoot.

Thank you, so much-again!
