Organic, 1%. It keeps much longer than regular milk and since there are only 2 of us and we don't drink a lot of milk (or use it in cooking), the cost evens out. My boyfriend and I are currently ripping out our old closets to make way for bigger, better organized ones for...wait for it...his clothes. It's not always the woman. I've been using Green Dimes for about 5 months now and there's been a noticeable difference. They even took care of my catalog problem. You can use their resources free and do the screening yourself or pay them to do it. I pay them. We're putting the Bosch system in our townhouse since we don't have vents. Our neighbor has them and swears by it. It is costly though. Though if you're in the LA area, saw the pair listed on CL for $995 (usually double that for the pair new). I was considering this for my kitchen and during my research the company I heard of the most was GlassKote (http://www.glasskoteusa.com/). From my understanding, the glass is color coated, not the wall behind. I believe you can approach local glass companies to see if they can do something like this for you. The GardenWeb home forums are a great resource if you're looking for more detailed answers; more than a few posters have done this in their kitchens and have tips.
