Kudos to you! what amazing pieces of homemade furniture, the bench and the stools in your bar area are works of art. It's inspiring to see a couple that is willing to take a risk and learn along the way as they create "their" perfect home. Thank you for sharing your home and work with all of us. Ikea makes a terrific set, similar in feel to the marble set featured in the post. I use the Ikea set when company comes over, plus I pair them with my tiny vintage silver spoons.

Fantastic. An apt that is modern but full of wonderful vintage pieces. the bathroom is beyond amazing. job well done.

Our daughter j, is 16 months and we still use the changing table. It really depends on the type of table you purchase, we have the stokke care changing table. our daughter is able to face us as we change her because of the direction of the table. the table can be adjusted for your height as well.

the chairs are amazing and some of the art is interesting but the rest is not my cup of tea.

i like the the use of color. the island is charming...but I have to agree with some of the other people- the decor is a bit toooo ikea heavy.
