My aero garden is going gangbusters, and I have too much dill, chive and mint. What can I do with it?
I am thinking of making some dill, chive and cheddar biscuits, but am not sure if that is too much.
What about the mint?

CallieKoch, the cabbage and potatoes could go into perogis or you could roll all of it into a cabbage soup- either euro style or asian style as a hot & sour soup. you could sautee off the tofu first and add it to the bowls of soup as a crunch crouton or extra protein.

I just found a very easy recipe for seitan that requires minimal kneading, and you don't have to wash the dough under water to expose the gluten. You can use a mixer, and then bake it in a bain marie (giant hot water bath). It is from the Real Food Daily cookbook.

We made the RFD's recipe for Salisbury Seitan, and it came out great!

My favorite Spanish dish is one that I had in Barcelona on my "luna de miel" this spring. It involved a piece of crusty bread , toasted lightly, topped with a piece of extroadinary chocolate, olive oil and sea salt. the chocolate gets melty, and the salt and olive oil come together for my favorite savory/sweet desert. like a s'more, only better! I believe it was called "pan de xocolate."
