How about thumb or finger covers. They snap around the wrists. My friends have used them with success. I think they are pretty easy to make. The key is finding a really good snap to hard for a little one to undo. Breaking the Thumb Sucking Habit Good Questions |

What a beautiful HUGE room! Just keep in mind that the room will be redone when the baby is a toddler, and again as a young child oh, and I am sure again as a young teen... I love the idea:). I do feel like this would suit a teenager or a guest room more. I love minimal design. I just feel for a young child this room doesn't express her. I mean look at those pink shoes and the jumping on the bed. this child looks like she likes to have a good time :). Maybe some of her art work in frames on the walls or a doll on the bed. I think not necessary for the ban. I have used bumpers with my 3 children. When not using the bumper they get stuck between the crib rails and wake up screaming. I have seen pictures where people have put the bumpers on the outside of the crib I may try that. That would keep the limbs inside the crib and I think prevent there faces from being smothered.
