I just had my first cold as a new mom. What I did was wear a new disposable face mask every day for seven days (whenever I was near the baby), change my pillowcase daily, and change my bath towel every other day. I also kept hand sanitizer next to my bed and by my computer. I am so grateful that my baby and husband didn't get sick this time!

The toilet bowl cleaner immediately foamed up and spilled over the container that I was using (it's a good thing I did this over the kitchen sink!).
