I am italian and in Italy home staging doesn't exist. Here many people change everything or a few things where they buy a new home and they prefer to choose on their own their new floor, or windows, or bathroom...
Owners just provide (and not always!) to keep clean the house.

Nice idea but too much shoes! It look like a thrift store :-D

It's interesting that many of the "small" flat in this contest (and past years too) are normal flat in Europe :-)

I don't like it so much. Too much different style put together...
An elegant cushion, a scandinavian buffet, vintage wallpaper, an ethnic coffee table, a fur on a chair, a cozy dining knook... what else? Too choose is the first rule.

How can you move into the room with all that stuff? It'l like a gimkana! I don't like it.

You don't need any product, toxic or not ;-)

Try to use just a newspaper and a water dispenser spray. It works!

My laundry wash the duvet for 11 euro (once a year, for me). it's hard to dry it at sun, even in Italy!

Our real estate agent described to us the house and when we leaved, with a date to visit the apartment for the next day, my boyfriend said to me "I tell you, we will buy THIS house". Maybe a premonition?
