Kind of feels like an apartment/condo listing I might find on Craigslist, very nice but nothing terribly inspiring (outside of the architecture). The hallway is fantastic. If budget allows, the first thing I would invest in is a large rug to anchor the furniture in the Living Room. I see tons of potential and it's so nice that you were able to keep most of your "baby-things" out of site. I struggle with that, myself.
