The glow-in-the-dark paint we have lasts quite a while.

IDK what is inside a glow stick but I would be very careful with that stuff around kids.

It is possible to disagree with someone's opinion without insulting the person. So many people on the internet do not understand that.

I assume that all comments do not have to be "Love it!" on this site. If we all had the same tastes, it would be a boring place, no?

I would be interested to hear what others with ADD, SPD or ASD think about the room. Both of my kids disliked the room, too. I am thinking that the combination of the stripes and the black wall are distracting to persons with sensory integration issues. It's like an assault on the brain for me. I could not function in such a room.

I don't care for the yellow stripes and the rug looks like a beach towel. Someone said navy but the wall looks black to me. I thought it was chalkboard paint at first, but maybe not.

Anyone have a DIY for this?

I think I have finally figured out what I want to be when I grow up. I want to design rooms for SPD kiddos. What fun!

I have an ugly, old, secondhand couch with recliners on both ends. Wonder if I could do something like that by sewing the pieces to the couch? It's sturdy and very functional. Just hideous.
