I don't have a smart phone so apps are moot for me. But I found a website that has the best nature sounds on it. And you might even like looking at the pools! Soundproof Your Sleep: Tiered Solutions to Stop Street Noise Renters Solutions |

I love the style of the desk but the drawer is cheap and hard to close. It's not on a smooth glide slider. Pratt Collection Home Office: Pratt School of Design West Elm | Apartment Therapy New York |

With so many small apts. in NYC I'm always surprised that most beds only come in queen or larger. I can't fit a queen size bed in my tiny place. I'm jonesing for a beautiful, affordable full size bed. Apartment Therapy New York | Friday Fire Sale: Beds over 50% Off! |

Yolanda, I've done that with my sewing machine using the tightest zigzag stitch. It's a great trick for pillow shams that are too big for my pillows. I add another wide band around the sham using this stitch. It's so easy. If you lightly mark where you want your the decorative stitch then you can go over it with the thread and hide the marks. Try it on scrap fabric first and you'll see how easy it is. Apartment Therapy New York | Best Product: Pottery Barn's Classic Bedding |

I think calling it a sofa is a real stretch. My guess is it's a small loveseat and it looks about 43" wide. Apartment Therapy San Francisco | Sneak Preview: Nate Berkus for HSN |

Leaudemiel, I love the store Boca Grande Furnishings. It's at 54 Greene St. in Soho and if you go down in the basement you can find some of the oddest, coolest stuff. You may get a bit dirty while digging thru everything. The main floor and second level have great things as well. I always shop there for clients.
