My favorite is kale, apple, lemon, ginger, and celery. I toss in romaine if I have some leftover, and I often dilute it with a splash of coconut water. I'm not a huge fan of eating celery, but I love it juiced. 5 Juice Recipes To Kickstart the New Year |

@jess13 -- I'm doing the challenge and trying to convince my contrary husband to do it, at least at home (he eats in the work cafeteria a lot and can't realistically check labels). My family is like LEOwens's comment. Dad's cake was chocolate bundt cake with white mountain frosting, Mom gets angel food cake with strawberries, my sister's is chocolate/chocolate, and mine is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. Pantry-cleaning is always an interesting project. I always end up with dregs of bulk items (2 tablespoons of quinoa?), spices that got shoved in the back of a cupboard, or a half-bag of frozen veggies that sank to the bottom of the freezer.
