I have been eyeing the Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler Bleecker Four-Poster Bed at JC Penny. Has anyone seen it in person? I don't have a JC Penny near me that has furniture and a little weary about buying it sight unseen or not seeing any reviews about it.

I would add two more things. It's hard to carry all your gear and keep track of your kids. I have the Rio Beach Wonder Wheeler Beach Cart which is a life saver. Allows for holding the baby with carrier and give the older sibling something to hold on to and you're not too tired by the time you set up everything! I also would recommend every kid to have their own beach bucket with several shovels. It avoids a lot of problems. I also second the sunblock stick, I can see where I put it on!.

This is very similar to our situation. 3 bd, 1 bath, 1.5 year old and 6 year old. Our kids share a room and we use the extra bedroom as a playroom. Not sure how long my daughter and son will share a room, but for now it works great. Our office is in our living room using Crate and Barrel Sloan desk and bookshelves and this works really well. My problem is in the bathroom, with all the toys and the soon to come potty training stuff, it feels so crowded. Also, because we both work, we clean little bit each day. While things remain relatively clean/organized, it never really looks or feels clean -- i.e. everything might be put away but the floors don't get moped or the floors are clean but the laundry to be folded and put away is in the living room. Any suggestions?
