Beef and veggie kebabs with hot biscuits and Caesar salad Friday, soy and orange glazed ribs and an asparagus and goat cheese tart Saturday. Pancakes and sausage Sunday morning. Celebrating Easter next weekend when my sister can be here. Baked ham, biscuits, greens, mac and cheese, a strawberry cake and plenty of champagne!

This might be fun. Caviar is good for an Oscar party, and lots of these dishes are served at room termperature - smoked fish, vegetable salads, cheeses, meats and breads

frosted cut-out cookies, the spoon cookies from Gourmet (brown butter cookies sandwiched with jam), chocolate almond toffee, pecan fingers, rugelach, lemon bars, lace cookies. That's probably all for this year.

I've been making a batch of zucchini fritters with feta and dill every weekend for a while now. My little boy asked for waffles and bacon tomorrow. Also some pizza dough for sausage and mushroom pizza and rosemary focaccia. Blueberry cake and caprese salad and maybe some popovers.

Cold cereal. Fruit, especially lemons. Dill smelled wonderful to me, as well as anything pickled. I know it's awful, but it passes.

I have a stove where you can switch out the burners for a grill or a griddle. Mostly I keep the grill on the left, and two burners on the right. That seems to be plenty.

Artichoke tapenade and zucchini fritters. Grilled tilapia with olive oil and lemon. Garden tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and basil on semolina bread. Brown butter rice krispy treats.
