Further to AKAY's question (OK, i see this discussion is over 3 years old, but here goes anyway):
For reasons of cultural background and preference, i use a lot of garlic in my cooking, and consume it raw in many dishes (finely diced). the only time i have experienced digestive distress (serious!) was when i ate garlic that i had oven baked/roasted - it was delicious, but it did a number on my innards. Have not figured it out, as this seems contrary to the chemistry of garlic.

i bought a shower curtain made of rip-stop nylon (same material used for parachutes...?) over twelve years ago, and it's been great. it is not 100% waterproof, but sufficiently water-resistant for use in the shower; it washes well, and dries very quickly. i don't recall where i bought it, but one can easily find rip-stop nylon, in a number of colours, in fabric stores.
