I'm in Philadelphia also and have had luck at the Crate and Barrel outlet in Cranbury, NJ. And surprise surprise ... The Dump in Oaks, PA. The furniture is awful but they have a huge assortment of wool rugs for very affordable prices. All sorts of styles and sizes.
