Clear plastic inside, fabric outside. The plastic ones are cheap ehough to replace as needed, but if you need a replacement before you have time to run to the store... just toss the plastic liner in the washing machine, use a bit of bleach and hot water and wash it as you would clothing. That's an especially lovely table setting, though I'd be worried about bugs with the fresh moss having been brought in from outside.
