I hired movers to move me across town last year. I could not get my EXPEDIT broken down without breaking it! So I left it up to the movers to figure it out. They seemed to know what to do without right away.

They have something similar to heavy duty plastic wrap. They wrapped the entire bookcase, starting at one end and circling around and araound. The plastic wrap made sure the bookcase kept it's form throughout the move and made it easier to handle while actually moving it.
