Count me in! I've been an AT lurker for so long, I finally decided to bite the bullet and add a member profile. The cure will be a great way to make my new residence in the Twin Cities feel like home. Yum, I just made this for dinner. The tang of the yogurt works really well with the leeks and garlic. I recommend an immersion blender for pureeing soups, no messy transfer to and from a traditional blender, and often no need to puree multiple batches.
