I think Seinfeld made more than that website said. He bought his parents a car, after they sold it, he bought it again, a Cadillac. He lived a lifestyle like he had money.
I think the background isn't taken into account. What is Danny Tanner's grandfather left him a million dollars. Ha ha, I know it's all in fun and silly anyway.

I watched Friends today. Monica and Chandler borrowed money from Joey to pay their rent while Chandler is out of work. $2000 fpr rent and "some" bills. I also remember an episode from a while back. Monica was to keep quiet that her grandmother died and was not still living there. It was rent controlled I remember that.
I have always wondered how people can afford their rent.
Mad About you is one. It always seemed they were out of work, or spending a lot on Paul's films.

What a classy home. Well done. I really like the straw holder, and bath sink. The entire house is beautifully decorated. Photography on this one is awesome too.

Yes, I live in a rural mountain area and I do avoid them when they drive by, acting like I'm busy in the garden, maybe with exception of one cool neighbor.

@Rena. I have a ZZ plant in my darkish bathroom and it does really well. Not sure the "really" name, but you can google it. It does et one hour in the early am though. I bought mine at Home Depot. I've seen them grow like crazy inside shopping malls too.

My coils are almost impossible to clean. There is a heavy wire grid in front of them. I can clean the wire gird, but behind that are the coils covered with dust bunnies. I bought a tiny vacuum attachment and it still isn't small enough to between that wire grid. What a drag. Next fridge I buy I'm looking to see how easy it is to clean first.

Forgot to mention, They knocked down my childhood home in Chicago, to build condos. That is hard one to swallow. I haven't lived there for 30 years, but to see an empty lot inside of a beautiful home, that is hard. I have lots of photos and memories, and they can't take the memories away. Life goes on, I guess.

I'm going to have to do this soon. We built our house, ourselves, no contractor, just us two, blood, sweat and tears. We built it 14 years ago to all our specifications. I enjoy the house, but the location is too far from work. We spend $5000 on fuel for our cars alone. Propane to heat is ridiculous and the closest grocery store is 25 miles away. It's time. I'm sure I will cry, as when I left all my other houses, but I hope I find something to love just as much, that will be the hard part.
I keep saying, It's time for a new chapter in my life....and that helps a little.

I'm from Colorado and I welcome tourists, and people from CA moving here.
Actually, most people that live in Colorado are not native. Just like any other states there are some high strung uptight people, hippies and laid back folks.
I vacation in CA and people there don't seem any different, good or bad compared to other states.

We recently did the subway tile backsplash in our craftsman home kitchen, after 14 years. It looks great and I wish we could have done it earlier. What a difference it makes.
This kitchen looks great and fresh with not too much effort.
