Erin, there are a lot of suggestions here so I’ll stick to the first thing that jumps out at me…the upper cabinets on the window wall need to go, open shelving in their place. Good luck!

The kitchens pictured are very nice; however I would have liked to see kitchens that implement some of those small space ideas the designer mentioned. Those pictures show large fridges, dishwashers, and double bowl sinks. For my upcoming kitchen remodel I am considering a 24" fridge to allow for more counter space, but I've lived without a dishwasher and don't think I can do it again, especially now that my boyfriend and I are living together :) I’ll probably stick with a double bowl sink as well only b/c I enjoy the convenience of putting dirty dishes on one side while still being able to utilize the other while cooking.

I never really considered chalkboard paint until I saw it used on the front of a soffit (in kitchen) on the DIY network. It looks great and she puts things up there just like in a coffee shop, thinking about doing it myself.

I currently live on Castle Way. Love my street name! Even though the place I share with my boyfriend and our two dogs is only 850sq.ft. I consider it our little castle.

The outside of the church is gorgeous! The stonework giving it a grounded, solid look/feeling. The stained glass in the bathroom is beautiful, and I love the giant archway in the living room. They've done nice job, the cemetery would however take some getting used to, but I’d be willing to give it a go! ;)
