The results are amazing! You are brave to take on a renovation this large and to share the process, sources, and prices on AT. Your postings are a great resource and inspiration.

I love that your inspirations are specific to you and evident in your home (not just a buzzword, trend or style). The blending of places, pieces, colors, organic forms and textures all a treat to look at. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Whatever searching, and waiting and renovating you did was worth it! The apartment is fantastic and I love that you used the space as your inspiration. With wonderful results! Floors are stunning... are wide pine boards at all typical in apartments of that age in Berlin? Just a curiosity, they are very rare in this part of the world.

I love old sinks as much as the next AT reader but people, you have to design an entire kitchen around a sink that big - likely involving custom cabinets and resulting in less counter space. Not for everyone.

The photo booth pictures are wonderful. I was looking at the thumbnails before I read the description and thought maybe they were the apartment inhabitants! They look like they have a creative spark - must run in the family.

How does the ticket holder work? Just slide things in and out one at a time? Never occurred to me that you could put anything with any weight in them.

I love the orange and the fixtures. To me these elements tie everything together - and work so well in both the newer and older parts of the house. Inspiring!
