I just got my Flying Beds queen-size bed/sofa/bookcase. It has a 12 deep mattress, which I tried out in the local bedding store before giving Ron the go ahead to use it. I couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship, the competence of the installation person (Ron, himself) and the amazement of friends and family who have seen the system closed and then opened.
I've always liked the concept of the Murphy bed and Ron has taken it to a whole new level of style, comfort and versatility. Yes, it is bolted to the floor and the wall but then, I live in earthquake country and wouldn't settle for anything less.
