I've gotten fairly organized about new/incoming paper (room for improvement, though), but OLD paperwork is a the monster in the closet. Except I don't have a closet, so it's the monster in the file cabinets, banker's boxes, and boxes marked things like "papers: keep" that have not been opened in years because when I open the boxes, I get lost in the process and end up keeping most of it anyway.

I use old baking sheets as boot trays in Winter, and in the Spring as a non-leaking and easily movable tray to hold all my seed-starting containers.
