I'm surprised no one has mentioned my boyfriend's method: plain white vinegar and water. Add vinegar to very hot water in your sink, let your pot soak in it, and then scrub the stains after it's soaked for a bit. I was devastated when my boyfriend used my green LC to deep fry and got grease stains all over the exterior — no amount of bar keeper's friend was up to the challenge, but he did this vinegar method and it came out spotless, including old stains I'd just learned to live with! Actually, you shouldn't be so reluctant to recommend it as a gaming console or as a Blu-ray player; it's one of the best Blu-ray players out there (some of the load times on those cheap standalone players are ridiculous), and as a console, it's great. There is no comparison to the Wii as a next-gen console, and the Xbox is pretty unreliable. Combine great gaming with a great Blu-ray player, and it's absolutely recommendable. My problem with the PS is that, for a media center, how do you use it with the components and remotes? Theoretically it could "go" through the vents, but it definitely does not work that way. I agree, the question is not 'is it better', because Blu-rays are clearly better. It's a brand new format, so of course availability, price, and the question of how long it'll last are huge concerns, but they were for DVDs, as well (which, btw didn't last very long at all before a new format took hold). Why can't you have both? I don't like the argument that if you buy a Kindle, you'll stop buying and cherishing real books. I want a Kindle and will continue to buy books as well, because they serve two different purposes; the Kindle is for travel (or bulky books you don't want to be on your bookshelf later, ahem, Twilight), and real books are for curling up with. Does anyone know where I can find a solid grey duvet cover? Pottery Barn has a velvet one (do not want) and Area seems to have the closest with their Natural Duvet (http://www.velocityartanddesign.com/heather-in-grey-duvet-and-shams-c-1146-p-1-pr-16308.html), but I was hoping to pay less than $220. Wow. These comments were all it took for me to be a little less excited about my building finally getting its own laundry room so I won't have to go to the laundromat anymore.
