Condo Association question: Do I have the right to opt out of a contract that requires me to use a particular television provider? My association voted to buy the service for the building and bundle it into our assessments. I don't have a TV. Do I have any recourse? newjacket. Has anyone had any trouble ordering from modernica.net? I ordered a pair of wire base tables a full week ago and I haven't gotten any response from them since the automatic confirmation. My credit card has been charged, I've got no tracking number, shipping estimate, and no response to my emails. Are they always awful? I recently(2 weeks) purchased a City Block bed from CB2. There's a little squeak from time to time. I haven't tried to fix it yet, so I can't put all the blame on crate and barrel.
