OK, I'm in love with this! And I cannot stop staring at the painted window frame. It looks so beautiful. Bravo! Can I put my clothes in there? ;o]

$300 to pay someone to paint a whole house? Sheesh! Where do you live? We had a local company paint our whole 750 sq. ft. condo (in a very light beige, a tad bit darker than off-white, I must add) prior to our new tenant moving in for $1100. I can't imagine $300 for a whole HOUSE, lol.

I agree with Meredi5309. Use your wonderful furniture & art as the focus. You'll be fine.

I think it looks AWESOME! Way to go. I wonder of there's a way to mask the bracket that holds the legs in place/together.

How To Use the $50 IKEA RÅSKOG Cart in Every Room of the House

Mine Raskog cart is in my bathroom with my make up, blow dryer, hot iron, headbands, etc., and bathroom items. My make up is on the first tier, so I put a single marble tile on the top to add an additional top to place items on (tissue box). When needing to use my make up, I just simply put the marble tile on the rug until I'm done. LOVE it!

I may not have 160 plates (hubby would kill me) but we do have 2 complete sets. 1 set in all classic white and the 2nd set in a greyish/blue hue - both sets from Ikea. I adore the white set more as it allows me to bring color onto the table with napkins, flowers, etc. Or sometimes I like to mix up both colors as 1 set. A white set is definitely a must :o]
