RubyMae check out this product. I make granola every week and gift it regularly. I use Vanilla Palm Syrup which I get through Coracao Confections: (www.coracaoconfections.com) in place of any sweetener and coconut oil in place of olive oil. The vanilla palm syrup is also low glycemic suitable for diabetics. It still cools down into chunks if you allow it to sit without stirring. I think it tastes delicious and I have actually gotten requests from friends.
