I love it! I have been saving my pennies to replace my 25 year old kitchen faucet that leaks and can no longer be repaired. It would be great to win this so that those saved pennies can go toward a new kitchen sink.
Thanks for hosting the giveaway.
Merry Christmas

I love the chairs! I don't have an issue with the light fixture.
You could change it if you want but I think you could change the chain use a long metal sleeve (like a straw)
I'd put two of the chairs on your blank wall with a breakfront or a shelf and art or a mirror in between them.
I would put a runner that goes from the deck door to run behind your bar stool -which are nice. I'd put a plain padded bench under the two windows. I'd change the widow shades
to a more rich color or use roman shades and I'd address the deck door with a shade as well or just a sheer.
Wall color - with the adjoining kitchen have a deeply saturated color of gold I'd look at the purple family from light to eggplant. Such a range in purples.
The long wall I'd be looking for a natural organic wood/cork piece.

I would shop for a brown shade either fabric or a high shine lacquered look.

Love the wall color and the old world charm of your place.
How lucky that their are drapery rods! If it were my place I'd be going elegant, formal French Country.
I will echo some of what others have said. I would buy a small scale couch and then I would have two bergere (sp)
chairs. I'm not clear on the which door is the entry so I will assume the one that is straight across from the single living room window next to the fireplace? If this is the case then
since the space is tight I would try to create a divider so that when you enter your forced to look straight at the single window. Between the entry and the single window I place a mirror on the wall to reflect the bay window under which I'd place a low slung narrow parsons table or an open sofa table with a shelf on the bottom or a long narrowed drawer chest.

I would buy a good sized octagon rug and place this in front of the fireplace I would anchor the small scale couch to face the bay window and have the two chairs with their backs facing the bay. If the living room is truly the only spot for a desk then I would put my desk in front of the bay window. I would try to find another spot for the office area if it were me. Have you seen the hutches with closing doors that lock to put your office area in that?
My sister has one in her den and they did a black French
country look to it. I'd also use in conjunction with your drapes either cafe curtains on the lower parts of your window or bottom up shades. If you end up putting your
desk in front of that bay then from the outside even though your not at street level your computer equipments backside wouldn't be visible when the bottoms up are partially up.
I would also examine the fireplace area. The hard edge of the mirror sides need to be softened and the stark white of the bricks might be toned down. If the don't allow changes to the brick then I'd hand some metal art object grills to flank the side of the fireplace opening. Or going from under the mantel suspend three or four good size tiles to match your decor. A few cup hooks? then some neat cooper wire to hang your art objects off of. I'd like to suggest ribbon but that is a real fire danger - so copper or other wire. Or the two side grills and one nice rustic concrete tile with perhaps a quarter foil or fluerdelis on it in the center?
Have you thought about getting some foam core board cutting it to the size of the back shelf of the bookcase and covering the foam core in either wall paper or fabric?

Looking forward to you posting your photos when your all moved in.

Very well done. I like the fox and the Pheasant. The colors used are wise choices. Wish I could see the floors better.
Love the bathroom floor, very classic.
The studio appears to have enough lighting.

Thank you for sharing your jewel box of a studio.
I've notice others mentioning that your home is for sale,
is this true? Would you mind posting the link to the listing?
Thank You,
