ome is correct...i also have a tufted sofa and had a similar problem. the store sent over a repair man, who turned the couch over and removed the dust panel, which revealed all the strings that hooked onto the buttons. my issue was just that a button was loose but i assume this is the best way to find the missing thread.

A piece of art and statement piece, at $5000, my 10-foot, tufted, black, leather Timothy Oulton sofa was worth the price and is always the subject of ooooohs and ahhhhs, in addition to being very comfortable and perfect to spread out for movie nights.

I recently purchased a Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree that is almost six feet tall and it's doing very well next to a large West facing window where it receives lots of sun for about five hours a day. I was surprised at how quickly it's growing. In the space of a few weeks, I already have two new giant leaves and another set of two leaves starting to peek out. In addition to what's been mentioned, I would add that you turn the tree periodically. The bobble-headed tree tends to lean over from the weight and I've already turned it a couple times in an effort to keep the limbs leaning in a way that will make the tree stand straight. I do have to force myself to not water it...From what I can tell, it took about ten days before it needed watering. It's a very dramatic statement that everyone comments on when they come to my home.
