I love the bright white and the natural wood. The black walnut butcher block and the open shelves. Plus we used almost all remnant pieces, as-is or recycled material.
One challenge you overcame in your small kitchen, or a good resource you've found.
We took down a wall to open up the space in the kitchen. Inside the wall we found such high quality wood in the studs of our 100 year old house. We saved it all and created a custom wine rack using only the scraps from the demolition.
Favorite Meal to Cook in Kitchen
Right now, it so warm out I love to make salads...anything with arugula! I have also been making lots of fish tacos with a citrus, quick pickled cabbage slaw.

I think I love everything about this kitchen! The backsplash, wine rack, butcher block, brightness...

Your kitchen is very sweet! Not sure if you or AT comes up with the title, but calling your all-white kitchen "colorful" is a tad inaccurate. It certainly is bright though!

I agree...I was thinking more like "white and wood."

Kat, I love your kitchen. I was wondering if you could tell me what color grout you used with the mini subway tile backsplash... Is it white?

Hi
I used a tan grout...I think it was called bone.
Mini subway tiles are from Homedepot....and only $5 a sq ft.
