Nice place! It looks very well put together and "complete". However, given the layout, I'm surprised you don't use the study as your bedroom!

I'd like to see a closeup of the window shelves. I guess I'm going to have to vote to see more pics!?
fcrenc, Looks like she chose the Bed room only to be the bed-room, seems practical.

like the bed location as well. makes much more sense than losing all that available space just for one function, and sleep at that. it's not like you will enjoy the art while you sleep ;) love the window shelves, always wanted to live in a place with deep windows to do that.
fave!

Oh wow, this place is so gorgeous. If I were a guest just walking in it wouldn't even dawn on me that it was such a small place because you've worked so well with it.

The Bedroom is super cute and cozy looking. I probably would have used the study as a bedroom and the bedroom as a walk-in closet/storage area, but that's just me. Well done overall.

where did you get the furniture the tv is on?

Wow, amazing! It feels airy/bright and cultured/eclectic at the same time. So cute!

Beautiful. The window/shelves is great. That's the one thing about windows, big windows do take up space.

a bedrm is a bed room not an office not a study not even a tv room ... the less electronics in a bedrm the better to sleep and the better to sleep with no distractions...and so, the lesson is learned here... turn walkin closets to bed rooms... and enjoy more space in your waking hours daryl

I'm fascinated by your ceilings! Are they acoustic tiles carved? They're great!

I got the point, the bed seems so comfy, but I would like clear the space over the bed.

Thank you for all the lovely comments!
-The piece in the living room is from www.designstoliveby.com.
-The ceiling tiles are all original tin tiles, I've seen a few apartments in our neighborhood that have the same design.
-I should say that the bedroom has an additional door that leads out into the hallway, we created a frame and stretched the green fabric over it and built shelves as a way to create the illusion of a wall and cover the door that sits behind it. Also you'd be surprise how much room a bed takes up, by using the smallest room as the bedroom we've created a whole extra room of active living space.
Thanks for your votes!

Oh my--I love your windows! I have a corner apartment in Brooklyn as well but some of my windows are so tiny they may as well not be there. Love the living room furniture too.
