Gorgeous. I love the all-white canvas, touches of dark wood, mix of traditional furniture with modern, 1970's art... love, love, love. A favorite for sure. I would love to see pictures of the "disaster". (Waiting to hear back from you on the floors - inquiring minds want to know.)

I like the balance of old and new shapes and stark with touches of wood and color, very clean while still feeling very personal and livable.

Two thoughts spring to mind: West Elm and photoshop.

I like the custome design, so clean and white. Fab couch, almost chester.

Having taken a look at most of the contestants at this point, its seems like a theme is emerging this year as far as a type of space that is/are rising quickly up the leaderboard. Seems like the "all white look - white walls, white furniture, white lighting fixtutres, etc. punctuated either by darkish wood cabinetry or a single piece of dark brown furniture is all the rage right now.

Really beautiful interior; I love the simplicity, layout, and furnishings. I think this entry is the only other one I voted on over the course of the contest. Best of luck to you!

I love how open and airy it feels, just in the photos! You did a great job with the place. I like that the kitchen cabinets and counter continue into the dining space. Great way to unify them even more!

@ebusy: The dining room table is from the Pasadena Rose Bowl flea market.... a really wonderful flea market. It's one of my favorite finds.

This is stunning! The mix of white and dark wood is so beautiful. I see a lot of CB2 product used - you made it look so high-end!

Very nice room; just enough touches of color for my taste: the oriental rug, edging on the pillows, a few colored art works.

Now where can I get that piano stool that is serving as end table by the sofa. I need something like that for my harpsichord. Most of those revolving stools are so victorian looking.

am interested how the white floors are to live with day in day out. i think they're stunning and i'd love to do something like this one day but would love to hear the feedback from someone who lives with them.

my landlord has talked about ripping up the floors in my kitchen (yes please!) and perhaps this is something i can suggest...

This is SO aesthetically pleasing, not to mention impressive that you did all the renovation.

I have to keep my enthusiasm in check though (for myself) because, having a bath floor that's all white, I cannot WAIT to get rid of it, it needs cleaning 2 or 3 times a day. But if one's lifestyle allows shoelessness and no pets... this is awesome.

Oh I forgot to say, the fact that you manage a FULL DINING ROOM in 500 sq ft makes this possibly the 8th wonder of the world!

Ms. Danielle I really do not remember seeing your picture in the vote, because I have tell you, I would have voted for you! I have enjoyed the pictures- I mean 500sq feet?!?!?! Seriously, you would never be able to tell in these pictures...so crisp and clean your space....ahh..I love it!

THIS apartment, Disappearing Bed and Paul's lovely apartment make this year's crop of finalists look downright depressing.

I live in the LA area, but that is NOT why I'm praising this entry and bemoaning that it's not a finalist.

Incredible use of space and the chic vibe of the place makes me once again wish I could paint my floors white. It's almost 100 today, and I'll bet it's pretty cool in this space. Lovely selection of color -- yeah, white and black are colors -- and sense of just what does make a space really memorable.
