What I Love About My Home


I love how warm and inviting it feels even though it is so small. The first thing that I thought when I viewed my apartment was what good "bones" it had - the wood floors and granite countertop make the apartment an easy place to decorate. I also love the amount of light that comes in and the visibility to seeing what is going on in each room due to its small size.

Biggest Challenge in Furnishing My Home


One of the biggest challenges was trying to fit everything in the apartment without making it feel too cluttered. Although I came to Chile with only 5 suitcases and a few boxes of books, fitting everything became a challenge. I love that I was able to fit a small desk in my bedroom and the entryway cabinet that hides all my shoes and gives me a place for my purse and other knick-knacks.

lovely!! I wish you would've replaced the 5th picture with maybe a bathroom photo. But, I'm sure that it's lovely w/o even looking at it. =)

I love your living area. The colors look very cozy and welcoming and you've done a good job with accessorizing. Cute little kitchen. My one suggestion: Clear the fridge of the magnets and "clutter" for a clean, streamlined look.

I really like the cherry wood and dark accents. It looks very comfortable and liveable. Like a mix between a magazine photo and a place where someone actually lives.
