This apartment has great bones in my opinion. I like the colours in the bedroom very much. I don't know if the black fridge was chosen intentionally: it looks very nice next to the white cabinets. I'm intrigued about the bathroom.

Must be great to live there. Great apartment and great views - perfect combo!

AWESOME! Wish I loved there. I love Vancouver, for me this is the perfect home. I love the colors you have chosen. The simplicity

queenyellowsun - vancouver really isnt that cold. the average low in january is about 1 degree (33f) and the high is about 6 (43f). vancouver rarely gets snow and when it does, it doesnt last more than a day or so.

We absolutely love the condo and of course the views from the 27th floor! It was so sunny and beautiful here today we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony for the first time this year!!! It's located close to Gastown and Chinatown in downtown Vancouver.

A few people have asked to see pics of the bathroom and I also haven't shown any of our home office so I'll set up a gallery tomorrow to show a little more.

Thanks for the kind words CRYSTAL24K! The color in the bedroom is Benjamin Moore's 'Distant Gray' 2124-70. Although you can't tell from the gray day I took the photos, the color looks beautiful in sunlight!

I love the small touch of the binoculars on the window sill.
