790What I Love About My Home
We love the large industrial windows open floor plan creates the illusion of space of our small loft. We can have many guests over and not feel crowded
Biggest Challenge in Furnishing My Home
Storage is the most challenging aspect of the loft. All of our furniture does double duty with secret storage compartments such as our sofa and bed. The slim lined modular storage pieces conceals of our electronics and associated paraphernalia, keeping it out of sight.

Simple, lean, efficient use of space. And your art gives the apartment a lot of charm.

Love it, I dont get the comments about color. I've never understood poeple that think vomiting color on the wall is always a great design idea. ThiI think the smaller inserts of color from the deep earthtone wall and the warmth of the wood floors adds a pop without putting the senses on overload. This place actually has "architecture" where most of the apartments lack a decent floor layout and spatial flow. This place has an amazing design. Its serene and calming. Well done.

Great space. Very calming. Don't get the concern trolling about color. The decor choices here are lovely.

Where did you get the cabinets under the TV? I think you have a done a great job of creating a unique space for yourself. The quiet color scheme really works with the industrial architecture.

I'm imagining all those photographs falling off the ledge. But I love the colour palette.

The cabinets under the TV look like from Ikea.
We have three of them in a row in our wide hallway. We use it for storing shoes.

Thanks Everyone, the cabinets under the Tv are from Ikea, they are actually sideboards. As for adding color, I'm a photographer, utilize the ground floor as my studio, did not want any color casts when shooting my subjects.

I really like it, especially the loft, the white walls, the gray accents, and the reflective surfaces. I would remove some of the knick knacks, because they give a sense of clutter in an otherwise serene and beautiful space. I also do not like the accent wall (or any accent wall); the rug could be a bit larger. All that said, you got my vote.

i second 'see'. i admire the gray and white color scheme but not a fan of the accent wall or any accent wall for that matter. also, maybe consider a more modern approach to displaying your pictures by your bed which would work with the flow of your apt.

Very nice presentation of your apartment.

Creative and functional use of the space. What is usually in the bowl in the middle of the kitchen table - there's the color that everyone is griping about :)
