I think you really nailed it beautifully & adorable pup!--I really feel I can envision this apt in a number of buildings here in NYC..
however, the looks of how large your bedroom really stunned me--being a NY-er and all--a dream size bedroom~

It's an antique Suzani from Uzbekistan but it was actually purchased in Morocco.

I love!, love!, love! everything about your apartment. Did I mention that I love your apartment?

I love the mix of textiles and the kilim rugs....but the bed sealed the deal. LOVE the bed.

When can I move in? This place looks amazing! Puppy dog is cute too!

so my style!!!! i love the credenza when u walk in....i love the kilim ...the textures colors and everything about screams comfortable and stylish....while not cluttered or pretentious.....i live in ny and this has a very downtown feel for sure....incredible job

It's amazing what you've done with 850 sq. feet! Congrats on that alone...it's beautiful.

Warm and cozy, especially for a loft. The kitchen chairs seem out of place though, like you ran out of money before you could buy better ones (I say this speaking from experience...).

ccahillmn, The chairs had nothing to do with money, if fact they were from DWR and kind of expensive plus there leather but I know what you mean and I'd love to replce them some day.

Dog painting doesn't really seem to fit with the colors in the bedroom, but I get the sentimental value. The patterns and furniture are so perfect. The circles on the wall hanging with the circular ottomans (ottomen?) make that room feel like one huge piece of art.

Your right, I would toss that painting in a second if it wasn’t for the fact that it was painted by my bf and it’s of our old dog Taz who passed away not to long ago, I’ve never loved anything or anyone as much as I loved that little guy…I will never get rid of it:)

I love the layered colors and patterns juxtaposed with the crisp modern furniture - this is exactly the look I try to achieve in my home. Really beautiful and inspirational.

It's got that international, eclectic aesthetic that's usually too overdone or overthought. Yours isn't; I would live there in a New York minute--but only if Bug were included. :)

During his childhood, did Greg live in Tennessee and then move to Colorado by any chance?

Love the curved back chair in the 2nd and 3rd shots. And the dog is a real cutie! But the wall tapestry and the dining room set are too dorm like.

Living room has a great wall hanging and other fabric touches however the dining room(?) and bedroom don't seem to be as well planned. It does indeed have a "cozy" feeling in the living room though. Good luck!
