I tend to gravitate towards blues and greens, and this particular shade of green had me at hello. I didn't have a plan in mind when I picked it, but I loved it so much that I just went with it and knew I'd figure out how to make it work. I've continued to add things that made the room feel happy.

I like not only the color, but how the half circle on the bed mimics the shape of pit to enhance the idea of avocado.

I did add this one to my favorites, because I love how simple it is & I love the colors. However, the headboard w/ the bedding isn't working for me. I can't put my finger on it though.

i love this room also and have added it to my favourites, so i am not here to criticize at all but in response to HelloMoe I agree that the only thing I find "off" about the room is the headboard, and I think it just climbs too high off the wall. The bed area might look better with a shorter headboard.
That being said, this room is awesome! I like the little bookcase with class doors, where is that from?? Also live the quilt bedspread.
