I've been living in this apartment for almost 6 years and for the first few years, this room was yellow. I wanted to change it to something even more fun but would allow the art on the walls to pop. I just love the way the turquoise looks against that thick white trim.

|Lord I miss Peterborough. I lived there for 8 years, right downtown on Hunter, once on Water st... great city. This apt is built like the rest of them in Ptbo--- moulding, hardwood, gorgeous windows. This apt is by FAR my fave colour entry so far!

This is an awesome room for so many reasons! It's unique in an authentic way. Your personality shines through so much more than any other room I've seen. Nothing in this space seems forced. You see a lot of people that have beautiful rooms that look like they jumped off a page of a Pottery Barn catalog (or worse yet, the "apartment" section of the Urban Outfitters website), but this room is all you! Looks like this room developed naturally... great job!

You've got a GREAT eye for color! That's one of the best colors I've seen for a wall. You should definitely paint the other three walls (and the rest of the walls in the home) that color!
