Bermuda Blue and white paint, browns and splashes of red and quite a few others.

Color Inspiration


I wanted to make the tv/game/reading nook feel playful and enclosed and felt a dark color would do the trick. You would think that the blue in the painting of the woman or the blue in the textile would inspire the color but really I'm just attracted to deep blues. The browns and bits of red just sort of happened.

I love deep blues and browns, and the use of a few brighter colors and playful patterns make this room very inviting.

I love this! What is the wall color, if you don't mind? I'm looking for a saturated blue for the dining room and this is kind of what I had in mind.

It seems like a place where you could spend hours.
