I normally don't like accent walls, but in this case I love how the wall behind the couch was left white so the beautiful couch stands out.

Thanks so much for all the compliments! I'm glad you all enjoy it as much as I do. The rug is indeed west elm but I had bought it on Craigslist for my boyfriend's house a few years ago and decided to try it out after he moved and didn't need it any more.

Um normally not a huge fan of accent walls myself, but the living room, kitchen, and entry are all connected and I didn't want to overwhelm the space with that much yellow. I also liked the white background to set off my photos.

What a great space. I would not have cared for the kitchen cabinets, but you completely worked them in. I love the way the colors come from the same general area on the color wheel. I don't even like yellow, but I could live here.

It's the green chairs that make the room. They are so great with the yellow and orange.

I have those side chairs, got @ a ReStore... Where did you get yours? I'm curious because I've never seen them anywhere else. Also, I used to have almost the same exact couch. Funny. I love your style!! :)

My boyfriend's office was moving and selling a bunch of their furniture, so I was able to snag them for $5 apiece. I've seen the same chair once on Craigslist, but other than that, I've never seen them. They are super comfy.
