Colors Used


At this time last year, our living room was simply blue, hot pink and grey. Now things are a little more complicated. At present, our room is a mix of everything but red and purple (though that could change any day now).

Color Inspiration


Our current colours are a result of the leftover Liberty of London fabric that I used to make a cushion for the sofa - I loved the fabric and chose it at random to recover a dining room chair. I'm not sure what inspired that choice. It was an added bonus that my grandmother passed along the coral chair (with yellow fringe that my husband finds hideous) at about the same time I made the pillow.

Color Tips


Did you know that everything goes with deep blue velvet? Its true! At least, that's what I keep telling myself.
