My mom just made a bunch of these using the dried flowers from my sister's bridal bouquet. They came out great, a nice keepsake instead of a dusty bouquet of dried flowers.
I know 4 different people who have had house fires and way too many people that have had their homes broken into. It's worth every penny. My insurance was less than $300 (broken up into 5 payments)...
aspw- Grommets are easy to put in, they come in a kit and you just hammer them together. I've never done grommets quite as large as you would need though.

I think I am going to make this my weekend project for a narrow space in my bedroom above baseboard heating. Now, I'm looking for a drawer or cubby unit to use instead of a just a shelf. Any ideas?...
